President & Chief Executive Officer

Tracy Barnes brings significant business leadership and information technology experience to his role as ENTAP’s president and chief executive officer. Mr. Barnes has a proven track record in designing and delivering effective information technology solutions to organizations in various industries across the globe. As the company’s founder and visionary, he is responsible for setting the strategic direction and long-term growth plans for ENTAP. In this capacity, Mr. Barnes leverages his significant expertise in information technology innovations and results-driven consulting services to promote the success of ENTAP’s clients.

 

Mr. Barnes has worked with clients in the U.S. and the United Kingdom providing technical project management, business process and systems analysis, and technology strategy and planning support. Prior to forming ENTAP in 2004, he worked with numerous higher education institutions, government entities and commercial vendors.

 

He received his bachelor’s degree from Butler University with a focus in computer science. An IBJ Forty Under 40 honoree, Tracy also has been recognized for his civic involvement and business leadership by Junior Achievement and The Center for Leadership Development. He has served as a role model for volunteerism and professional development in his work with Butler University, Harrison College, Kappa Alpha Psi and Athena Powerlink.

Kent Barth
Kent Barth
Vice President, Consulting Services

Kent Barth brings years of global business, health care and government technology experience to his role as an ENTAP vice president. His focus is on expanding ENTAP's services in the areas of commercial and health care IT. Prior to joining ENTAP, Mr. Barth served as CIO for the State of Indiana, Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) and Chairman of the Board, Indiana Health Informatics Corporation. He was instrumental in positioning Indiana for funding opportunities as part of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH) provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).

 

Mr. Barth previously also served as vice president for a global automotive supplier where he was responsible for eBusiness, human resources and financial applications. Under his leadership the organization was inducted into the ComputerWorld Honors Program for Business-to-Business innovations, named one of the Top 25 Innovators in Collaboration by Information Week Magazine and ranked 117th in the Top 500 eBusiness Innovators compiled by eWeek magazine.

 

He earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Iowa.

Janice Kelly
Janice Kelly

Ms. Kelly is a decisive leader and experienced project executive recognized for optimizing business operations by seamlessly integrating technology and business processes. With more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Kelly is focused on expanding ENTAP’s services in the public sector. Before joining ENTAP, she led global IT consulting practices at KPMG, IBM and Grant Thornton.

 

She offers years of experience in reengineering existing business processes, and improving finance, human resource and business operations through enabling technologies. Ms. Kelly has consulted with many local, state and federal agencies successfully completing initiatives ranging from: financial, HR and CRM system upgrades and replacements; restructuring of systems architecture; ERP implementations; organizational change management; business process design; and technology strategy and planning.

 

Ms. Kelly holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
